How it works:

you will then be sent an email confirmation and then on the 5th Jan you will be sent the Zoom link for the workshop which starts at 10 AM on 8th January.
I will also send you the workbooks to get your Cake business thinking strategically and have targets so you can be laser-focused for the year.
This is going to help with finances, marketing and sales.
By the end of the session, you will have reviewed what works, and what doesn't, what needs to change if anything and then we move onto 2024 goals and targets while mapping out your first 1/4 to set firm foundations and an amazing structure for you to follow and stick to.
If you can't make the session it will be recorded and sent to you but I do encourage you to be on the call as you can ask me questions.
The bonus is I will do a 2nd session on Friday 12th Jan to check in with you & see if you are stuck or need my help!
